Abstract

Conventionality control is a challenge for all public authorities of the inter american human rights protection system. The human rights of many people depend on the correct implementation of this control. According to that, in this paper, we make a review of the Inter american Human Rights Court jurisprudence and its implementation in the Mexican legal order.

Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas por la Universidad Mayor de San Simón Cochabamba del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia; especialista en Derecho Internacional Público por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México y maestro en Derecho por la misma universidad. Actualmente se desempeña como jefe del Departamento de Contenidos para la Formación Profesional en Derechos Humanos de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos del Distrito Federal.
