Abstract

Multinational companies have become indirect actors, involved in the preservation of human rights of people in situation of vulnerability in the work field, through the implementation of diversity and inclusion policies: the goal is to generate a “win-win” situation, in which, on the one hand, the best talent is incorporated and optimal work conditions are created in order to respect fundamental rights; on the other hand, the companies present higher financial performance and increase productivity levels. An example of this new paradigm is the analysis of the integration of women to workforce.
