Abstract

This paper is a dissertation in which the author discusses the possibility of linking human rights, through South epistemologies, as the axis of the refounding of the State. To do this, he understands the struggles for human rights as a field of sociology of emergences, with foundational capacity sense, categories and subordinated institutions that prolong social resistance as a legitimate way to rethinking hegemony.
