Abstract

Robert Alexy is one of the most influential Law philosophers in the recent years. His theory about Law has guided the actions and decisions of many constitutional courts around the world and has established an alternative way to look at and understand Law; but also the principles that support his ideas provide some effective answers to various questions that are still in the focus of iusphilosophy discussion.
