El "mínimo vital" como estándar para la justiciabilidad de los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales

Abstract
The judicial enforcement of economical, social and cultural rights is one of the most important issues that are being discussed by the Constitucional Law and the International Human Rights Law nowdays. This article tries to explain the implications of considering the economic, social and cultural rights as “real rights”. Additionally, this article explains, through a case based study, how the concept of “minimum core” can become a useful standard towards the enforcement of this kind of rights.
