This document focuses on the development of the specific human rights afforded to international migrants, both regular and irregular, within the mexican criminal justice system. It also provides a comprehensive description of the jurisprudential line that has been developed both within the Inter American Human Rights System and by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation on this matter. To that end, it includes a specific review of the following aspects: What specific rights do victims have? and What specific rights do the accused have?
