El impacto del caso Karen Atala y Niñas vs. Chile en el ordenamiento jurídico mexicano

Abstract

The judgment rendered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the case Karen Atala and daughters is the first precedent in the inter-american system of human rights related to human rights of the lgbti community. In this sense, this paper explains, in general, the impact of this judgment in the mexican legal system according to different national decisions on this matter and to the recent humans rights constitutional amendment.
