Access to information and communities radios in Mexico in pandemic times

Abstract

The present work is a reflection on the role of community radio stations for the exercise of the human right to access to information of indigenous peoples and communities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, concluding that the Mexican State did not guarantee the right to broadcast of information with a culturally appropriate approach, based on the 364 linguistic variants of the country.
