Abstract
This paper reviews the effects of the constitutional reform on human rights in Mexico in 2011, in the exercise, guarantee and protection of the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, transvestite and intersex people (LGBTTTI), by its acronym in Spanish); reviews the current normative and situational context in Mexico that affects the real enjoyment of their human rights from which the advances, challenges and perceived challenges around the paradigm of transformative constitutionalism are reflected.
