Main Article Content
Abstract
It addresses the protection of human rights, the reconfiguration of legal figures and modern policies, which in themselves constitute great theoretical challenges, for which reason it is necessary to have a framework that enables and directs these transformations in a coherent manner. In this article, it is estimated that this framework is constituted by multilevel constitutionalism. In addition, an aroused review of international systems for the protection of human rights is included.
